Wildbeary Huckleberry Products, (formerly Priest Lake Wildbeary) has been producing gourmet quality huckleberry products since 1989. Presently, Wildbeary Products are bottled at the Historic Greenbriar Inn in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. We now produce one of the largest lines of all natural huckleberry products in the industry. We specialize in huckleberry products with food applications, such as pepper jellies, toppings, mixers, syrups, drink mixes, sauces, vinegars, pie fillings, scones, and pancake mixes.
Our clients like the fact that they can buy our products in gift sizes, gift boxes, regular grocery size and commercial sizes. We will also do private label upon request.
Huckleberries thrive in wild mountain soil. North Idaho is a major growing area for this unusual fruit, which prospers on steep slopes. A favorite treat of bears, the huckleberry is one of only a few foods that have not yet been grown on farms, and is harvested in the wild, adding to its rarity and mystique.
